Orderly is proud to announce the successful rollout of its Orderly for Stores (OfS) order and inventory management solution across Chile. This marks a major step in supporting Alsea LAC’s operations for a leading global coffee chain in one of Latin America’s most dynamic markets.
This deployment is the latest milestone in a broader regional strategy. It follows the full implementation of OfS across Colombia, where the platform has already demonstrated strong results in improving visibility, simplifying daily routines for store teams, and driving consistent execution. The next stop on this journey is Mexico, where preparations are well underway for another full launch later this year.

Built to scale, it enables store teams to manage orders, stock levels, waste, credits, and compliance with clarity and consistency—regardless of geography or local nuances.
For Alsea, this consistency means easier training, more reliable data, and greater agility in responding to local and global supply chain changes. For store teams, it means less time on admin and more time focused on customers.

The success of the Chile rollout reflects the strength of the partnership between Orderly and Alsea. From initial planning to launch, the programme has been driven by close collaboration between operational, IT, and store teams across multiple countries and time zones.
