It depends. Orderly is built for enterprise businesses (or those aiming that way), so implementation usually involves adapting nearly two decades of product capability to your needs. There’s a lot ready out the box so some chains and distributors may find themselves ready to go with only a little configuration - but every setup is different. We’ll scope it properly with you to make a well rounded decision on if Orderly is best.
It varies based on which features you take, and the volume used of certain integrations (e.g. CCTV video processing). We offer volume discounts for larger rollouts. We’re also a certified B Corp, so we work to reduce waste, not just maximise fees. We’ll agree a pricing structure that makes sense for both sides. Standard pricing is available on request.
Yes. Many customers use both and they are designed to be used in conjunction. Distributors manage demand and stock flows. Stores run inventory, ordering and operations. The two products connect, but also work well on their own. We like it when we see clients use Orderly For Distributors who don't realise their end customers are using Ordely for Stores (it certainly makes the integrations easier!).
We have customers across the globe and Orderly is supported 24/7/365. Most people go through their own IT helpdesk first. After that, authorised users may have direct contact routes to us. These vary depending on contract and region.
No. AI is there if you want it - to automate decisions, highlight risks, and improve accuracy. But it’s optional. You can keep full control or dial it up over time.
Easy. If you’re looking to partner with Orderly or think we could help your business, just head to our contact page or email hello@orderly.io. We’ll make sure it gets to the right person.
